Why We Built Noted
The idea for Noted was born out of a genuine frustration. Like many people, we found ourselves using five or six different apps to manage our day — one for tasks, another for notes, a third for reminders, and still relying on Google Calendar for meetings. Every switch between apps broke our focus and added friction to an already busy day.
We looked at the apps available on the market and found either extremely simple apps that lacked depth, or complex enterprise tools that were overwhelming for personal use. Nothing hit the sweet spot: a beautifully designed, fully featured, privacy-respecting productivity app built for the modern Android user.
So we built Noted. Starting from scratch, we designed every feature with intent — the Timeline Planner to visualize your day, the Smart Inbox to capture ideas fast, Google Calendar Sync to unify your schedule, and robust cloud sync so your data is always safe and accessible.
Noted is the app we wished existed. We built it for ourselves first — and now we're building it for you.
